International postal letterbox

From: ukletterboxer (ukletterboxer@yahoo.com) | Date: 2005-04-01 00:12:41 UTC

Hi all,
I am intending to design, carve and send a postal letterbox from the UK
to the USA and any other country where letterboxers show an interest.
If you would be interested in joining the mailing list then please let
me know (send no details yet) and I will contact everyone closer to the
release date.
I would like to try and get this PLB to circumnavigate the globe!
Wouldn't that be so cool??
I look forward to hearing from you.

I reckon you should have a poll and choose one person to represent y'all -
that way the rest of the world will get a crack at it too! Perhaps you could
do the honors Steve? :-DD

I have another idea. How about the person that is chosen volunteers to carve the same image and starts it in a PLB so that those of us that don't get included can still feel like part of this?

Would that still have the International "feel" to it, or would it be only traveling around America? Gotta' ask, too new to this still! :)

International postal letterbox

From: ukletterboxer (ukletterboxer@yahoo.com) | Date: 2005-07-13 13:33:48 UTC
Hi,
I am intending to design, carve and send a postal letterbox from the UK
to any country where letterboxers show an interest. The box should be
leaving the UK in about 3 to 4 weeks so there is still time to get
yourselves on the mailing list.
If you would be interested in joining the mailing list then please let
me know. I will contact everyone closer to the release date.
This letterbox should circumnavigate the globe!
I look forward to hearing from you.

in! You can contact me directly at TeamTexUS@rr.com
